uv999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

To register and use the uv999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21. uv999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including copies of a National ID (NID) card or passport.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation in online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of uv999 or any affiliate, subsidiary, or third-party service provider associated with the Platform.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from uv999, nor have had a uv999 account permanently closed due to breach of these T&C, fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as defined herein.
• You must register only one account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account termination.

uv999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy these criteria — or providing false information in relation to them — will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds held in the account, subject to applicable legal obligations.

All financial transactions on the uv999 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits from Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are also accepted via direct bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your uv999 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit, or to a bank account that has been verified in your name during KYC. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. uv999 does not impose additional fees on withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• uv999 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a KYC review, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement audit. In such cases, the account holder will be notified of the delay and the reason for it (to the extent permitted by applicable law).
• All deposited funds must be used for wagering purposes. uv999 does not permit the use of the Platform as a money transfer service. If we determine that a player is depositing and withdrawing funds without engaging in genuine betting activity, we reserve the right to close the account and return the net deposited amount after deducting any applicable transaction fees.

Funds held in your uv999 account are not interest-bearing. uv999 holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds to protect against insolvency, but makes no guarantee as to the return of funds in all circumstances. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the uv999 platform. Additional game-specific rules may apply and are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Confirmed bets are binding. In the event of a technical failure at the point of bet placement that prevents a bet from being recorded, the bet will be treated as void and any staked amount returned to the player's account balance.
• uv999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds — including odds resulting from a technical error, data feed error, or manifest human error. Where a bet is voided under this clause, the staked amount is returned to the player in full, without interest.
• Sports betting markets will be settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, the ICC for international cricket, the NBA for basketball). uv999 follows the official result for settlement purposes even if the result is subsequently overturned on appeal, unless the overturned result is communicated to uv999 before settlement has been processed.
• Live betting (in-play betting) markets are offered subject to availability. uv999 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during an event without prior notice — for example, during a video referee review in cricket or following an unexpected stoppage. Bets placed before a suspension are valid unless the event is subsequently abandoned or voided under applicable betting rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the uv999 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable law requires:

• Bonus abuse: systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended recreational purpose, including but not limited to matched betting using multiple accounts, arbitrage betting across accounts, or placing low-variance bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games.
• Fraud and money laundering: using the Platform to launder funds obtained through illegal means, structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade detection, or engaging in any form of payment fraud including the use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Collusion and match-fixing: coordinating with other players, Platform employees, or third parties to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, or placing bets with advance knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome.
• Software exploitation: using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner that is not available to all players through the standard user interface.
• Chargebacks and false disputes: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider in respect of a transaction that was genuine and authorised by you. uv999 will contest all fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to recover disputed amounts from your account balance.

uv999 employs fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, payment activity, and account behaviour for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, uv999 will take appropriate action, which may include temporary account restriction, permanent closure, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uv999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, and even if uv999 has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

uv999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these T&C shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these T&C excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
